Lucy Hancock has recently competed in the Bradford Solo Ice Dance category and been awarded First Place. The competition was well fought against other competitors aged 19 and above, making Lucy the youngest competitor there. This is a fantastic achievement for Lucy and we hope to see more from her soon!

The KS3 street dancers entered the Rotherham Schools Dance competition on Thursday 23rd March. The girls came first in their category against 5 schools in Rotherham and performed a street piece to a mix of Rihanna songs.

Unfortunately, the Y9 Football team’s superb run in the National Cup came to an end on Wednesday as they were defeated 3-2 in the semi-final. An early goal from Alex Bonnington and a brilliant free kick from Ryan Viggars weren’t enough to stop them from exiting the competition at the last four stage.

Lahana is currently ranked 4th in the country in the under 15 girls for the triple jump. She was ranked in this position following her first ever triple jump competition in January 2017.
