In Geography, Y8 have recently being learning about natural hazards; some students have really shown their enthusiasm for the subject and determination to achieve to the very best of their ability by creating exploding volcanoes! Well done to everyone who has shown such extraordinary effort levels!

Meanwhile, Y12 have been getting to grips with the connections between different elements of the hydrosphere through creating models of the stores and the transfers between them; the creative use of cotton wool and depth of annotations were consistently excellent- well done!

A special mention must go to the winning groups in each class: Lucy Hodkinson and Daisy Chalk from Mr Hockenhull’s class and Jess Hacking, Amy Culshaw and Alina Khan from Mrs Thompson’s class.
