Maths Curiosity Homework Success
Friday 15th June 2018

Recently, Year 7 & 8 completed a maths curiosity homework – they were tasked with finding examples of “Maths in the Real World”. This could be something in their home, the local area, or in a different country. There were hundreds of entries and everyone who entered the competition received a CFP from their teacher. All Y7 & 8 teachers were extremely impressed with the amount of pupils who went above and beyond – demonstrating the core Ready 2 Learn value of “going the extra mile”.

A handful of pupils produced outstanding pieces of work and received a certificate for their efforts – Ben Marsh, Chloe Heydon, Cora Francis and Lewis Maltby. Congratulations to these pupils and well done to everyone who entered – it was a very tough decision.
