This week is wellbeing week across school, where our aim is to kick start the conversations about mental health and emotional wellbeing. Every day this week we will be sending out an activity which focuses on one of the ‘5 ways to wellbeing’.
Monday – Take Notice
This is all about taking time to appreciate your surroundings and take an interest in the things around you. This helps us to bring our thinking back to the ‘here and now’, and put past and future events into perspective.
Could you –
- Think about what makes your workspace positive and inviting?
- Spend time having a chat about one positive and one difficult thing about Monday?
- Aim to spend some time outside today, appreciating the nice weather, focusing on how this makes you feel?
