This week is wellbeing week across school, where our aim is to kick start the conversations about mental health and emotional wellbeing. Every day this week we will be sending out an activity which focuses on one of the ‘5 ways to wellbeing’.

- Take time today to chat with someone you’ve not caught up with for a while? This could be face to face or over the phone. Research shows that connecting to friends and family is key to maintaining our support system.
