This week is wellbeing week across school, where our aim is to kick start the conversations about mental health and emotional wellbeing. Every day this week we will be sending out an activity which focuses on one of the ‘5 ways to wellbeing’.
Wednesday – Get Active
Regular physical activity is associated with improved emotional wellbeing and it doesn’t have to be intense to make a difference. Do as much or as little as you can – you could try walking, dancing, running, cycling or gardening.
