This week is wellbeing week across school, where our aim is to kick start the conversations about mental health and emotional wellbeing. Every day this week we will be sending out an activity which focuses on one of the ‘5 ways to wellbeing’.
Friday – Keep Learning
We should never stop learning. Learning throughout life enhances self-esteem, increases confidence, encourages social interaction and generally leads to people having a more active life.
Over the weekend, why not learn a new skill like cooking, playing an instrument, fixing a bike, photography or painting.
