Jack is a brown belt/gold tag in Karate. He has won four different medals from four different events throughout October and November.

• National Shindo Kai Boronze medalist for individual in 10-12 category 2016. (20/11/16)
• National Shindo Kai Bronze team medalist in 10-12 category 2016. (20/11/16)
• Dokan Karate Association Silver medalist individual in 10-11 category. (13/11/16)
• North of England Bronze Team medalist in 10-12 category. (23/10/16)
