Poppy Display
School News

Some of our hearing impaired department and the students they support within school have recently been learning about The Great War (WW1) 1914-1918 and together they felt it important to mark the 100th anniversary of it ending by creating a wonderful poppy display within school. The poppy display is a tribute to those who died in the conflict and the many who were injured.

All the students have been really interested in the history of the War and are keen that we all remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we could have our lives today. The poppy display is a poignant reminder to us all. Lest we forget.
