Today in Wellbeing Week, the with me in mind group will be located in the Y11 Common Room offering students time to talk resources from time to change, the daily steps challenge has also started today, can you beat your tutor and achieve 10,000 steps a day?
Also we are encouraging everyone to try some small steps to better health and wellbeing:
- Talk to someone instead of sending an email
- Speak to someone new
- Ask how someone’s weekend was and really listen when they tell you
- Put five minutes aside to find out how someone really is
