Today, the with me in mind group will be located in the Y11 Common Room demonstrating to students the Calm app and smart-watch breathing exercises, the daily steps challenge continues, can you beat your tutor and achieve 10,000 steps today?
Also we are encouraging everyone to try some small steps to better health and wellbeing:
- Talk to someone instead of sending an email
- Speak to someone new
- Ask how someone’s weekend was and really listen when they tell you
- Put five minutes aside to find out how someone really is
