Jessica Vaughan has recently been competing in JRPC (Junior Regional Performance Centre – Yorkshire standard hockey) competition days in Leeds.

Her team competed against the best U15’s from the North East and North West on these days.

The competition days effectively act as a trial for selection to the Pennine Puma’s squad which is the top 18 U15’s in the North of England.

Jessica has been selected for the Pennine Puma’s and must now attend a 3 days residential High Performance Assessment Camp (HiPAC) at the end of October. She will receive high level coaching provided by England hockey appointed coaches in an international training camp environment in preparation for potential future involvement in National Age Group Squads – ENGLAND.
