Mckenzie Skates For GB
Sport
Monday 25th January 2016

Mckenzie Easthope from 7S competed in the British Synchronised Skating Championship last weekend and came 4th.

Mckenzie joined the synchro team in 2013 and this is her 2nd British championship. She has also competed in two internationals in Belgium and Dumfries and will compete again this year.

The British was held at Nottingham Arena and she has trained hard with her team to reach this level. She trains synchro  twice weekly and takes part in off ice classes also. She is often at the rink, early mornings, evenings and weekends. McKenzie loves her chosen sport & competes in ice dance, free skating and synchro at regional, national and international level. Her dream is to skate synchro at the Olympics.

Congratulations on an outstanding achievement Mckenzie.
