Zak Daley has just come to the end of an amazing season as Team Captain with the Sheffield Ice Academy. After competing in the two-day U13’s Ice National Ice Tournament, he was awarded the All-Star Jersey Players award out of over 230 ice hockey players.

Last weekend Zak played in and won the U12’s National Roller Hockey Tournament, playing eight Games over two days to lift the 2018/19 Winners Cup with his team, Norton Cyclones. Zak was also selected for the Dream Team based on his performance throughout the tournament.

Over the last three years, Zak has represented his country as Team Captain in California in the World Junior Olympics, winning silver medals in two categories and at two World Championships in Indiana, Detroit and Missouri, as well as winning Bronze medals for the UK. Most recently he has represented the UK in a tournament in France.

All fantastic achievements Zak, we wish you the same success next season.
