Big congratulations to our Year 9 boys football team who have progressed into the last four of the National Cup after beating reigning champions, Thomas Telford School, 3-1. Thomas Telford won the last year’s competition with a 7-0 victory in the final showing what a remarkable achievement this is.
An Alex Bonnington double and a great solo effort from JB Parkin sealed a hard-fought victory.
They now face St. Francis Xavier College from Liverpool in the Semi Final due to be played in the next fortnight.
