During this term, students at the Y7 and Y8 Design and Technology Club have worked hard producing mood lights, and the students have developed so many new skills. They have vacuum formed the HIPS (plastic) base, soldered the colour changing LED circuit, developed a design using CAD (a computer aided design package), and laser cut the acrylic design uprights to produce a mood light.
They have produced fantastic final pieces, and should be very proud of themselves!
