Our Year 7 and 8 girls have made it through to the 4th round of the English Schools FA Cup with a hard-fought 1–0 win against a strong Lorrell Academy side before half term. A first-half strike from Lola proved to be the difference, sending Wickersley into the next round!
Meanwhile, our Year 8 and 9 girls have also secured their place in the 4th round with an impressive 6–2 away win at Astrea Dearne Academy yesterday. Two standout performances came from wingers Flo and Caden, who each scored two goals, ensuring that the Wickersley U14 Girls are firmly in the hat for the next round!
