Wickersley School hosted a spectacular music showcase on Tuesday 14th January, featuring over 40 talented students from across the school, ranging from Year 7 to Sixth Form.
The event included an impressive array of performances, with soloists—both vocalists and instrumentalists—taking to the stage, along with two rock bands, duets, a quartet of drummers, the Wickersley Singers, and the school band. Most of these groups have only been together for a year, with several new members joining in September. The students delivered exceptional performances, and the evening was a resounding success, expertly hosted by two Sixth Form students to a full audience.
