GCSE Drama students in Year 11 presented their scripted pieces for Component 2 assessment before Half Term. These were the first GCSE practical exams in three years to be marked by an external examiner with full costume, props, sound and lighting in Drama Studio 1. The students all give an excellent account of themselves, presenting pieces from a wide range of playwrights, such as William Shakespeare and Harold Pinter, as well as contemporary 2022 texts from emerging new writers.
