The Y11 Wickersley School football team were successful in their final cup campaign. The team played Dinnington School in the Y11 Rotherham Boy’s Cup Final; the game finished 4-0 with Wickersley lifting the cup.
The scorers were: Alfie Williams, Joshua Johnson, Robson Woodcock, and Michael Monaghan. Robson Woodcock was awarded the man of the match award for a superb display.
The team were excellent throughout the game and were a credit to the school in both their conduct and performance.
